I have a problem connecting my mailbox to the Link Building Tool / Backlink Audit

Make sure that you’re connecting your mailbox on the English version of Semrush. Regional subdomains (fr.semrush.com, de.semrush.com etc.) don’t support this integration.

You will need to change the language of the interface. This can be easily done by clicking on the language button located in the upper right corner.

Also, we won't be able to connect your mailbox if you’re using the local version of Microsoft Exchange (not cloud version) or there are any other integration limitations applied to your mailbox by the admins.
