As a small business owner in a competitive space, this pool renovation company had limited budget for marketing consulting and media. They wanted more leads for a lower ROI, and needed these leads consistently throughout the year, even during the winter off-season.


With a limited budget, we focused our efforts on improving the website's SEO to generate more high-vlaue traffic, and leads, with the aim to be able to switch off paid ads without negatively affecting lead volume. Boosting the website conversion rate was also key to this.


Our strategies helped organic search traffic and leads increased to record highs. The average number of forms nearly doubled, even after paid ads were turned off, and the website conversion rate increased by 164%! The winter period was busy, and he had to hire more staff to keep up with demand.


This B2B SaaS healthtech company were generating a decent number of conversions for a reasonable CPA, but knew there was potential to improve this. In addition, they were in a competitive market targeting a highly niche audience, so needed help cutting-through.


Our goal was to improve the performance of all online channels (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Display & Remarketing, Social Media Ads, and SEO) increasing leads and decreasing CPA by ensuring every step of the customer's journey, from seeing the ad through to goal completion, was tailored to them.


By really tailoring their ads to their audience, and using analytics & tracking to drive improvements, they increased their goals by an incredible 227% while reducing their Cost per Goal by 82%, helping more medical professionals support their patients. As a new online news publication in a competitive niche, The Property Tribune faced challenges in gaining traction and visibility. At launch in February 2023, they had only 343 organic search users and 3,054 total users. They needed a strategy to help them become a leading industry player.

By mid-2023, The Property Tribune was seeing record growth. Compared to their first month, organic search visitors increased by 26,028% to 89,618, while organic search sessions exceeded 100,000. Total website users soared by 3,505%, hitting 110,101 unique monthly visitors.
